We publish mileage, MOT status, previous owner count and a battery health figure for every vehicle before it goes on sale, and take reasonable care that all details are accurate. Stock can sell quickly, so listings are an invitation to enquire and not an offer to sell. Images may show a car before final preparation.
The balance must clear before collection or delivery. Ownership passes when payment has cleared in full. We will confirm the paperwork, keys, service history and charging cables supplied at handover.
A part-exchange valuation is based on the information you give us and is subject to physical inspection. It assumes clear title with any outstanding finance settled from the proceeds, and may be revised if the vehicle's condition, mileage or history differs from what was declared.
We may receive a commission from a lender for introducing you, and the amount or existence of commission does not change the price you pay. You can ask us for commission details at any time.
Warranty cover is explained on our warranty page. The 30-day right to reject and, for distance contracts, the 14-day cancellation right are explained on our consumer rights page.
Site content is provided for information only and may change without notice. Personal data is handled as set out in our privacy policy. We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care, but we do not exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
Contact us first and we will aim to resolve matters quickly. Complaints about a regulated finance introduction can be escalated to the Financial Ombudsman Service. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
